What are co-host responsibilities?
Each hackathon’s preparation, execution, and post-event synthesis follow a standardized format designed and produced by Ad Astra Group.
Co-host responsibilities typically include:
No financial contribution (costs are covered by sponsors and/or Ad Astra Group)
Designating one representative to participate in the hackathon
Sharing the event announcement with their network to support local engagement
Providing a factory or operational site as a venue when available (optional, not required)
Difference between a co-host and a sponsor?
Co-hosts are partners who actively support the convening and help activate local participation.
Sponsors provide financial support without direct involvement in the event.
